It is not that I hate religion. I hate it when religion influences other spheres of life, like politics and school and science and ethics. I hate it even more when people try to force their superstitious religious beliefs upon other people. I bring this up now because of the 30th anniversary of Roe v Wade. The 'pro-life' forces combine both of these aspects. Even the real life Jane Roe has become a religious anti-choice zombie after 'seeing the light' and being baptized in 1995. It makes me sick. Keep religion in the church/synagogue/mosque/temple/raelian worship center/Christian reading room. Certainly we can read the bible, but those who do must realize their holy book is wholly myth. Surely there is some basis for the story, but the supernatural aspect is myth. Who can honestly believe that a woman magically turned into a pillar of salt? Or that a man saved 2 of every animal during a great flood. (Then why have kangaroos never been seen or recorded in the Middle East) If we, in Australia, were to say it was a Hindu story then it would be assumed to be obviously false. But it is in our great bible, so the story must be true.Don’t force your unprovable fairy tales on me! No Gods, No Masters.

Up where they walk. Up where they run. Up where they stay all day in the sun. Wanderin' free. Wish I could be. Part of that world
